Kristine Illgen, Diploma in Counselling

 

​Having started out my career in building and architecture (drafting) my work changed when starting a family.

Having raised (well still raising) three children and running a cleaning busijness part time for many years I studied counselling.

 Good mental health and managing family conflicts and generally keeping a positive attitude isn't always easy.  

I feel good communication skills are a great way to start in understanding yourself and others.
